• Check your e-mail! We sent detailed instructions and log in details to your inbox.  Can’t find it? Check your junk e-mail or contact us.
• Logging in to your trial: You need the log in link from your e-mail to gain access to the Instant Trial.  Because the trial is hosted on Amazon Web Services, we need to provide an individual link to each user, which was sent to your e-mail.  If you can’t find this e-mail, log in to your account and open the Lasergene Instant Trial tab (you may need to update your password).
• Switch to download: At any time during your trial period, you can switch from accessing the trial online to downloading locally to your computer.  Log in to your account to download or check your e-mail and use the link we sent you to get started.
• Looking for NGS tools? Our Instant Trial does not support our Genomics tools.  You must download locally to try the tools in our Genomics Suite.
