Issue:  Lasergene 16.0 was released in July 2019. As of August 1st, 2019, DNASTAR no longer supports any version of Lasergene except for the current version. This  policy is described in the “Indemnification” section on our Legal Information page.

 

Resolution: If you require support for an earlier version of Lasergene, there are many resources available on our website’s Training page. These include User Guides, videos and written tutorials with free tutorial data. The User Guides for many Lasergene applications allow you to view help for obsolete versions of Lasergene by choosing the version number (e.g. “15.3”) from a drop-down menu near the top left of the  page.
